Meet Erin Carico, the Patient Concierge and Optical Lead at McCulley Optix Gallery. Erin has a rational and curious mindset; she’s always looking for new and creative ways to improve our patient’s experience.
Erin joined the team at McCulley Optix Gallery in 2022. Though the eye care industry is new to her, she’s excited about the opportunity to learn and grow. Erin holds an AAS in Web Design from M State Detroit Lakes, MN, and earned honors as a member of Phi Beta Kappa, appearing on the Dean’s List every semester.
Outside of work, Erin loves spending time with her son. Whether it's bowling, sidewalk chalking, or pencil drawing, they are always doing something fun and creative. When she’s not at home, Erin can often be found at Sunset Lanes bowling league catching a tournament or two.
Her favorite service at McCulley Optix? Lid Revive—she loves it for its ability to keep her eyes feeling fresh and clean.
Erin’s dream travel destination? Thailand—she’s eager to explore the culture, landscapes, and cuisine of this beautiful country.
